Pretty good salads. It is on the expensive side but really the only place to pick up some greens in Dewey. They also allow you to "build your own" which is great.

You DONT RECYCLE!!! WTF? I was happy to get a good salad from these friendly people. But they could drop their prices if they used re-useable dishes. During August, I expect some hiccups with service but... My wife couldn't find any salt. We checked each table and not one shaker had a grain of salt. I asked one of the many young workers milling about behind the counter where I may get some salt. She told me, of course, to try using a shaker. Thank you so much...I tried that already...(stare...sigh). "OK, I'll bring you some." Well she did, bless her heart, but by that time we had finished. There are many new salad places springing up across the nation. Too bad Dewey is still catching up, but it would behoove these salad builders to do some research. They could learn a lot about expediting from a single visit to just one of these places. They are a bit slow and appeared confused. I would stop in for a salad again as long as I was ready to wait for it. And I would bring my own bowl. I asked them where to recycle the plastic tub they serve their salads in and the response was "Oh, we just put them in the trash." Hmmmm....

Great place to grab a salad to go or eat-in. This is in that yellow building with the arches nut on the side street. The salads were tasty and fresh. We enjoyed a Cobb and a lighthouse shrimp. It was a fast lunch without the wait for service. You can get a salad or wrap from the menu or create your own. If you really need a drink, they sell cans of beer for $3 all day long.

Salads were fresh and staff was cool, all their beers are $3 which for anywhere is cheap let alone the beach. Only qualm is not enough avocado that I paid a $1 extra for.

Great smoothies and breakfast burritos! We just found this place on our last day in Dewey. We plan on coming back for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks next year!

Salads are ok. Turkey wasn't good. They didn't mix it very well. Salad works is opening in rehobeth, I'll definitely be going there.

Only place to get a decent salad in Dewey, but they're very skimpy with the add ins. Paid $1 extra for avocado and had a hard time finding it in my salad. Also make sure to ask for extra dressing because they barely put any on.

For anyone attempting to feel less guilty about their drinking binge from the night before in Dewey, Salad Factory offers a thank-god-for-healthy option for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It's organized, fast and within your means. Make-your-own wraps for $5.50..seriously?! How can one resist? Tons of toppings and mix-in's. I'd definitely be frequenting this place daily if I were down here full time for summer.

My wife and I just finished a couple of great salads from the Salad Factory. I had the North Side Oriental Chicken Salad - Romaine lettuce , grilled chicken, chow mein noodles and mandarin oranges tossed with a delicious fat free sesame dressing. I look forward to having it again soon instead of another slice of grotto around my belt. My wife enjoyed the DB Grill - Cobb romaine,turkey,bacon, tomatoes,eggs, and a little bit of radiatore pasta tossed in a pepper parm ranch. They also will make any salad to order if you don't find something that rings your bell. The owners of this place are super nice and enjoy chatting with the customers. They are also pet friendly and even gave our little guy a dog treat to make him feel welcome. We will be back! Good fresh food at a great price.
